Executive Coaching Success Stories
Senior Engineer - Areospace Engineering
I first stated working with (Brian - named changed for confidential reasons), when he was an engineer of a large section in an Aerospace organisation. He had one of the most complex and complicated jobs I had ever come across. His job was to integrate the engineering and project management aspects of the organisation together to deliver to the customer who was abroad and very influencial. It was a key contract for the company. Soon after working with him he was posted to Japan and I was asked if I would coach him personally, remotely. We did this for a whole year whilst he worked abroad meeting on zoom every month and he said it was really great to keep the continuity and methodologies we had created together. I helped him link back to his previous role and find even better ways to work on his new priorities, and relationships (made more challenging by different cultures) and still keep focussed on what he needed to deliver.
Here is Brian’s testimony:
“Pamela is a really great Executive/Management Coach. She listens well and helps me sort out the wheat from the chaff. I aways come away with a greater sense of knowing what I am supposed to do. It keeps me on track and helps me focus on my key priorities. She played a really valuable role helping me whilst I was working aboard.”
